DEHYDROPUNTARENINE AND DEHYDROSAULATINE TO NEW ISOQUINOLINE ALKALOIDS FROM ROOTS OF BERBERIS ACTINACANTHA

Abstract
The isolation and characterization of two new isoquinoline alkaloids, Dehydropuntarenine
and Dehydrosaulatine, obtained during the column chromatography of an
alkaloidal fraction from the roots of B. Actinacantha (Berberidaceae) are described.
